Developed in collaboration with astrophysicist and coffee expert Jonathan Gagné, the Pulsar introduces a radical concept: absolute, separate control over no-bypass percolation and adjustable immersion.
Due to the complete absence of bypass and the uniformity of the vertical flow, the Pulsar produces a brutal sweetness and flavour intensity. It is ideal for experimental coffees, anaerobic processes, long fermentations, or exotic varieties (such as Geisha). The mouthfeel is one of superior flavour intensity combined with a medium-light body, achieved through a clean and effortless technique.
