Roasting & Craft

We roast each batch individually, with care for detail and respect for its origin, offered as whole bean to bring you a fresh, authentic cup.
Because good coffee deserves attention.

The Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta is a world apart: a mountain range independent from the Andes, rising from sea level to over 3,500 metres, just 40 km from the Caribbean coast. In Nabusimake–Siringunguru, more than 45 families of the Arhuaco Indigenous Community grow specialty coffee while caring for their territory and ancestral traditions.

This lot is the work of Oliverio Villafania, who grows the Typica variety at 1,900 metres above sea level with careful, selective hand-picking. His washed process, with 48 hours of fermentation followed by sun-drying, results in a clean, bright cup with notes of dark chocolate, apricot, panela and a citrus touch of tangelo.

The Arhuaco Community strengthens a specialty coffee model built on respect for the territory and the preservation of ancestral knowledge.

At Inti, every bean is roasted with care so each cup reflects its true character. Discover the story behind every coffee.
